Life Coaching Agreement

I understand that Guy Farmer, operating as Bird Studio LLC, provides life coaching services but is not a licensed mental health professional and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. I understand that the life coaching relationship is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and Guy Farmer is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by me based on the life coaching sessions. I understand that I am responsible for my own actions and decisions, and both parties agree that life coaching is a supportive process rather than a professional mental health service.
